Can I pay annually?

Yes, and we offer 10% discount on yearly subscriptions.

Is a creditcard mandatory?

No, we have multiple payment options such as iDEAL, Creditcard, SOFORT etc.

When are you going out of beta?

We expect to go out of beta in the beginning of May. It all depends on how you’re experiencing our product. But things are looking good.

Can I see if clients unlinked my accounts?

Yes! In our dashboard you can find an overview with all of your linked accounts. It updates their status on an hourly basis, so once you lose access you will get notified (if you want).

Does LinkMyAgency connect to the account as well?

No, just you. We’re here solely to facilitate smoother operations and provide connection links to your customers. We do not have the capability to access the accounts in any case.

My desired platform isn't listed. Can you build it?

What happens when I cancel my account? Do I lose the connection to my clients' account?

Nope. You keep it as is. Your subscription does not affect access on any client platform at all. We are ‘just’ here to help you connect, not to secretly connect ourselves too ;-).
