Can I see if clients unlinked my accounts?
Yes! In our dashboard you can find an overview with all of your linked accounts. It updates their status on an hourly basis, so once you lose access you will get notified (if you want).
Does LinkMyAgency connect to the account as well?
No, just you. We’re here solely to facilitate smoother operations and provide connection links to your customers. We do not have the capability to access the accounts in any case.
My desired platform isn't listed. Can you build it?

What happens when I cancel my account? Do I lose the connection to my clients' account?
Nope. You keep it as is. Your subscription does not affect access on any client platform at all. We are ‘just’ here to help you connect, not to secretly connect ourselves too ;-).
How do you make sure my data is safe?
Our platform uses secure technology called OAuth to access what it needs without ever getting your password. This means we can’t see or keep any of your private information, keeping your data safe and private.
Do you get access to the accounts as well?
No, and this is something we intentionally avoid. Your clients remain your clients. We neither access nor store any data from your connected accounts.
